CORPORATE OFFICE

Responsibility:

  • Oversee conceptualization and implementation of integrated marketing plans (eg media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, customer relationship management and events/activities) to ensure consistency with the company’s brand and image.
  • Responsible for the overall Sales & Marketing budget and deliver to financial objectives within budget allocation
  • Work closely with brand, on-line, marketing operations and sales leaders to ensure consistent execution to meet financial objectives.
  • Research and generate new business and alliances with brand partners
  • Keep abreast of technological developments in the market and monitor the competitive landscape to position favorably

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Experience in Early Learning industry.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To drive marketing initiatives for Education products and education-related events with the aim of generating qualified leads

  • Develop and facilitate marketing communication programs, including advertising and promotion, PR campaigns, events management and product launches
  • Provide above and below-the-line marketing support for all corporate partnership programs
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to create and manage all marketing collaterals
  • Follow up on marketing leads, prepare promotion plans and perform sales data/promotion analysis
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Business Administration / Mass Communication or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in advertising agency is advantageous
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be both a team player and work independently
  • Result-oriented and able to multi-task with a high drive to deliver within limited timelines and budgets
  • Passion for the education industry

Successful candidates will be trained in the following:

  • Key features and the science behind MindChamps’ educational programmes and how they benefits students of various levels
  • Communication skills to share the highlights of our programme with parents effectively
  • Essential coaching skills to facilitate assessment session with potential students
  • Lastest understanding of psychology and neuroscience behind how students learn

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting parents to assess the child’s learning needs
  • Enrol children into the relevant programmes offered at MindChamps
  • Participate in Mega Presentations and marketing related activities (roadshows/tradeshows)
  • Achieve sales KPIs as set by the company and team leader

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. Diploma and above
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Strong command in English/Chinese Language (Written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in educational industry is a plus
  • This in NOT a full-time/part-time position
  • This position is a commission-based role
  • Quarterly license fee is chargeable on a renewable basis

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in the related field, with at least 3 years as a graphic designer
  • Preferred experience in advertising agency, design agency and/or related environment
  • Proficient in Adobe suite of software, including and not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
  • Beneficial to have knowledge of printing procedure, photography and illustration
  • Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and colour theory
